Comprehensive IT Solutions – Supporting NOAA’s Mission with Specialized Services for Critical Oceanic and Atmospheric Operations
The NOAA, Acquisitions and Grants Office (AGO) has established a Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against the General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 contract for NOAA Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS).
The NMITS contract will provide NOAA-wide coverage for IT Core Management Components and Service Areas as well as Cross-cutting services that support the government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global NOAA IT needs vital to the oceanic and atmospheric observing needs of the United States (US).

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Line and Staff Offices; other Bureaus within the Department of Commerce, where applicable. NOAALink is not a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and cannot be used by other Federal agencies.

BIA ITSS Contract
This award is intended to establish multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts IDIQs) for Information Technology Support Services ITSS). The period of performance for the IDIQs is ten (10) years. The total requested ceiling is $500M; which is sufficient to cover all known réquirements sponsored by the BIA’s Office of Information Management & Technology (OIMT) as well as existing and emerging needs for bureaus across DOl.

Non-Personal Information Technology (IT) Support Services
The ITSS IDIQs will provide non-personal information technology (IT) support services to include the following (non-exhaustive) functions:

Indian Incentive Program
The Indian Incentive Program is a congressionally sponsored program that provides a 5 percent rebate to a prime contractor on the total amount subcontracted to a Native American owned Economic Enterprise or Native American Organization in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.226-7001.
Through the generation of subcontracts, the IIP serves as an economic multiplier for Native American communities. DoD prime contractors with a subcontract worth $500,000 or more that contains the DFARS clause are eligible for incentive payments.
