As a federally chartered tribal corporation wholly owned by the Tikras Technology Solutions Corporation, Tikras is advantageously positioned to operate as part of the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. We are eligible for FAR compliant (FAR 13 CFR 124.506) sole-source contracts up to $25 million with civilian agencies and $100 million from the DoD. The Tribal 8(a) contract vehicle reduces the procurement timeline from months to weeks, allows for the selection of a qualified contractor of choice, to negotiate costs, gives more control of scope and budget, and the award cannot be protested.
